All I got for Christmas was a Water Bottle
And Boy what a water bottle it was.
This year’s gifts were all about saving the environment. Each year I move a little bit closer to being more energy efficient and eco-friendly. I have a terrible habit of buying non-refillable water bottles. I tried using the refillable plastic ones, but was turned off by the BPA’s that can leach out. I have also tried the stainless steel ones. I don’t like the feel of the metal as I swig at the bottle and they have a tendency to ‘sweat’ on the outside on a humid day. It also bothered me that I couldn’t see if the inside was clean or dirty. Not to mention the ‘metallic’ taste it added to some beverages.
I was lucky to receive a new water bottle from the Bamboo Bottle Co. This thing is great. The interior is glass and the outside is encased in Bamboo. The design alone gets two thumbs up from me. But there is much more going on.
