Happy Birthday to The Brownie Lady

     Today was Ms. Edna McKinney’s 100 th Birthday. I really miss that feisty old Lady. She taught me a heck of a lot in the 5 years that I knew her. I will miss teasing her and waiting for her to come back with one of her clever remarks. I was amazed at her uncanny ability to read people for who they really were. I miss sitting behind her at service and having her sneak me a few candies that she always carried in her bag. I hope you are having a great celebration Edna – you are greatly missed here.

This Sunday February 10th The United Methodist Church of Mt Kisco will have the pleasure of welcoming the Mayor of Mt Kisco, Michael Cindrich who will be participating in a tribute for Edna – all are welcome to the service which starts at 10:15. Also on February 12th @ 7:30 The Mayor and Trustees will honor Ms. Edna McKinney at their Board meeting.
