Oh the weather outside is frightful

What a difference a week makes. Last weekend we were talking about all the great fall festivals and activities that were happening in and around Mt. Kisco. Today we are preparing for a Nor-easter which looks like it might dump quite a bit of heavy wet snow on us – UGG! I got my snow blower ready , although I believe it will be somewhat useless with the heavy wet snow. I just hope we don’t lose power. I attempted to go to the store but the traffic around Kisco was crazy and the road conditions were rapidly deteriorating. I found out that wet leaves can be just as dangerous as Ice! I saw a few fender benders and a jogger who took a spill. Please use caution if you venture out today, the calendar might say October but this storm says January!
