Mount Kisco Elementary School Car Wash

It was a beautiful day yesterday to get your car washed and that is exactly what I did at the MKES 5th grade fundraiser. The energy and excitement from the kids was overwhelming. I saw the sign wavers on Main st. and Moger drumming up business from passing cars. They shouted out “name your price and we wash your car”. How could you go wrong- I decided to get my car washed. I was greeted by a group
of young ladies who told me exactly what my donation was going to be used for and thanked me for stopping by. The kids and parents then got down to business by washing and scrubbing my car till it sparkled!
It was great to see the parents and kids working together to help support their school. From the looks on their faces to the activity at the games and raffle tables – this Car Wash was a HUGE success.
